The Seattle Study Club is a national and international study group who’s purpose is to assist doctors and their staff provide the highest standard of care available for their patients.

Our local affiliate, Redding Advanced Dental Studies Forum (RADSF) , allows us to study and share cases locally, without the need to travel across the state or the country for continuing education. RADSF is a provider of State continuing education credits as well as the Academy of General Dentistry.

Collaboration and teamwork with other quality oriented dentists has allowed us all to improve the quality of care of our patients in northern California.

Tuition, usually about $1,500 per year, allows us to bring in outstanding, nationally acclaimed speakers directly to Redding for interaction with us in a small group setting. This Forum has provided us with a fantastic educational opportunity in our little town. When one considers the cost of travel, foot, hotel and time off of work, the SSC format is a bargain and you can receive as much as 24 to 30 hours of continuing education.

In January, there is an optional annual symposium hosted by Seattle Study Club which provides in depth study of various topics. This meeting is expensive, but once again the CE and entertainment is a great value.

I feel the standard of care in Redding has definitely improved over the years, partially as a result of RADSF. I am proud to have had the opportunity to lead this group and am indebted to all the general dentists and specialists who have helped us over the years.
